Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:
If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment in a program or course, they must notify Career Buddy Club in writing at least 2 weeks before the start of the program or course.

If a student cancels less than 2 weeks before the start of the program or course, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Career Buddy Club reserves the right to cancel any program or course due to insufficient enrollment. In the event of a cancellation, all enrolled students will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy:

For long-term programs (1 year, 2 year, 3 year, 4 year), if a student withdraws from the program within the first 2 weeks of classes, they will be eligible for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be given.

For short-term courses (1 day to 3 months), if a student withdraws from the course within the first week of classes, they will be eligible for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be given.

If a student is dismissed from a program or course due to disciplinary reasons, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the written request for cancellation.

Note : This cancellation and refund policy applies to all Career Buddy Club services, including career services, entrepreneurship services, and recruitment services.
